This chapter aims to remedy the deficiencies exposed in philosopher Michael Dummett's manifestation argument as directed against the principle of bivalence. It evaluates the application of the manifestation requirement in a novel way to argue against the principle of bivalence for undecidable discourses and suggests that the argumentative route to favouring anti-realism over positions is new. The findings indicate that the manifestation requirement is tantamount to the principle that all truth is knowable.Less
