The chapter addresses the changing landscape of Christian faith motivation, referring to the UK. Two questions are posed relating to the increase in faith groups becoming involved in issues of justice, welfare and care, and the factors responsible. The second question incorporates Christian faith motivation and involvement in action for social justice. The authors posit that the term ‘radicalisation’ is a more positive term than extremism or fundamentalism when describing people who act on social issues.
