The chapter illustrates the results of a case study on the implementation of the Social City Programme (SCP) in Duisburg. It similarly retraces how the SCP has been implemented. It identifies how local development actors planned the mainstreaming of services created by the ABI and it describes patterns how and which activities funded by the SCP have been institutionalised
